With a spacious floor area of 160m2, our townhouses offer ample space for you and your family. The large living/dining room is perfect for entertaining guests or simply relaxing with your loved ones. The three bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, ensuring that you have complete privacy and comfort. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to cook up a storm.
Our townhouses come with air conditioning to keep you cool during the warm summer months. You can also step out onto the balconies and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding pine forest. Our private garden is perfect for outdoor gatherings or simply to enjoy some peaceful alone time. And the best part? Our townhouses come with free parking for your convenience.
The rooms are located on the upper floors, ensuring that you have maximum privacy and quiet. In the surrounding area, our villas have free access to a large garden area which includes a swimming pool for adults, a children’s pool, a tennis court, table tennis, volleyball court, and a mini football field. With so many amenities available, you’ll never run out of things to do.

- From the 6th of July to the 2nd of September, reservations can be made from Thursday to Thursday, Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday.
- From October 1st to May 31st, you can get a discount for bookings of 14 nights, 28 nights, or more
- 3 night minimum stay (July second half and August 7 nights).

- Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in, or up to 60 days before check-in for stays longer than 20 nights and group reservations.
- A security deposit will be required prior to check-in.
- Check-in is available 24 hours a day.
- Check-in from 17h00 / Check-out till 10h00.
- Reservations require a minimum of 25 years of age.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people, not including babies.
- It is not permitted to smoke inside the house.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Additional fees may apply if you book more than one villa. Please contact us by email or phone for group reservations.

“ Miguel`s place is a wonderful, very spacious and super clean house to spend your vacation. The kitchen and the living room are generous in size and we loved using the terrace / garden. As we travelled in October there was practically no-one else bus us using the beautiful and clean pool area. The beach is breathtaking and about 3 minutes by car, maybe 10 minutes walking. You do, however, need a car to do the shopping (and to drive around visiting all the fantastic Algarve sights :-) ) . We highly recommend Miguel‘s place and we hope to be back soon.
