With a spacious floor area of 160m2, our townhouses offer ample space for you and your family. The large living/dining room is perfect for entertaining guests or simply relaxing with your loved ones. The three bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, ensuring that you have complete privacy and comfort. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to cook up a storm.
Our townhouses come with air conditioning to keep you cool during the warm summer months. You can also step out onto the balconies and take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding pine forest. Each villa has a private garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture, perfect for family meals. And the best part? Our two balconies and garden are south-facing, allowing you to enjoy the sun and warm climate of the Algarve all day long.
The rooms are located on the upper floors, ensuring that you have maximum privacy and quiet. In the surrounding area, our villas have free access to a large garden area which includes a swimming pool for adults, a children’s pool, a tennis court, table tennis, volleyball court, and a mini football field. Our garden is perfect for outdoor gatherings or simply to enjoy some peaceful alone time. With so many amenities available, you’ll never run out of things to do.

- From the 18th of June to the 7th of September, reservations can be made from Monday to Monday, Wednesday to Wednesday, Thursday to Thursday, Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday.
- From November 1st to March 31st, you can get a discount for bookings of 14 nights, 28 nights, or more
- 3-night minimum stay during low season.

- Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in, or up to 60 days before check-in for stays longer than 20 nights and group reservations.
- A security deposit will be required prior to check-in.
- Check-in is available 24 hours a day.
- Check-in from 17h00 / Check-out till 10h00.
- Reservations require a minimum of 25 years of age.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people, not including babies.
- It is not permitted to smoke inside the house.
- Pets are not allowed.

“ The perfect stay! The villa was perfect, was spotless inside, everything in the villa was modern and in perfect condition. We loved the outside space! Location was great as we rented bikes, so easy access to the beach, Quinta do lago & Vale do lobo. Was a cheap Uber ride to anywhere else. The complex is nice and quiet, nice pool and tennis facilities. Couldn’t recommend the villa enough, we will definitely be going back. Communication was great, any questions and the team responded very quickly. Thanks again! “
