The Ancão Gardens Premium villa is the perfect holiday destination for families or groups of friends, offering spacious and comfortable accommodation. The villa has four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and spacious balconies overlooking the beautiful pine forest. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

For your comfort, the villa has air conditioning throughout, ensuring you stay cool even during the hottest days. The villa also boasts a private swimming pool, a barbecue, and parking for two cars. Please note that access to the bedrooms is via stairs.

The safety of your children is paramount, which is why a safety fence surrounds the private swimming pool. If not required, this fence is easily removed, allowing you to fully enjoy the pool area.

In addition to the villa’s private amenities, guests also have access to a private garden area with a range of facilities, including a swimming pool for adults, one for children, a tennis court, table tennis, a volleyball court, and a mini football field. Reservation Guidelines:

  • From June 23rd to September 1st, reservations must be made from Saturday to Saturday.
  • From October 1st to May 31st, guests can enjoy discounts on bookings of 14 nights, 28 nights, or more.
  • A minimum stay of 3 nights is required (7 nights in July and August).

  • For stays longer than 20 nights and group reservations, a 25% deposit secures the reservation, with the balance due 60 days before check-in.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before check-in or up to 60 days before check-in for stays longer than 20 nights and group reservations.
  • A security deposit is required prior to check-in.

Check-In/Check-Out:

  • Check-in fro 17h00.
  • Check-out is until 10h00.

Other Rules:

  • Reservations require a minimum age of 25 years.
  • The maximum occupancy is eight people, excluding babies.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
  • Pets are not allowed.
